I don't have a digital camera right now, but I would like to get one very much. Image editing is fun! Can't wait to make lots of pictures and start editing them with VicMan programs.

Yes, I have two. A Nikon Coolpix 5700 which I bought and a Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 which I won for writing "letter of the month" to a computer magazine.
More and more folks are moving to digital cameras consequently companies like Kodak are making workers redundant.

2 inexpensive Vivitars, looking for a digital with a mondo zoom lens. I've tinkered with photo editing for years but usually with Paint or something requiring severe labor to accomplish anything. Took one look at the VicMan site and bought the editor and Light Artist in about 2.3 seconds. Only installed last night and I am impressed - this is going to be fun!
As for comeras, look on ebay for refurbished deals - they have some great cameras under $70 (and all the way down to $9). You don't need a multi thousand dollar camera - go cheap and have fun: it's your imagination that counts, not the cost of the camera.

I use a Sony DSC-W15, I find the clarity from the Carl Zeiss lens and the user friendliness on its functions very useful. I used to use film cameras but it has become very costly and also very time consuming when developing your own photographs when working on effects etc.

Well since my nov 5 post, the following month I purchased a FujiFInePix E500, Love it!...At Xmas kids went in on a OlySP-510UZ, but I am looking into a Nikon D40...My goal is to get 'picture perfect' without any or very little editing....I love seeing things as they are and trying to capture it and I like to get creative often, for something different...
