Hi,
I am having problem with the images and I heard that JPEG Enhancer can solve my problem upto some extent.I have a photo that has been compressed at a low quality rate,so is it possible to turn it into a high quality one.I asked one of my friend about this but he said that it is possible but next day of it someone told me it is not possible.I am totally confused because none of them knows how it works.So please give me clear idea about it and share your suggestion with me.
