Questlove Interview - ,uestlove on Fashion, Music and Food Trucks - ELLE

Initially, the theory was to do a mix food truck, but the people at Several weeks Market said Appear aboard, come join us, and you dont avoid the people at Chelsea Market, because theyre extremely hard to get into. [The eatery] is known as Hybrid.
ELLE: How do the food truck thought come about,
,uestlove: I used to Disc jockey a lot on the Western side Coast, and after I might DJ, I would notice all these really cool [ones]. I'd personally love to have some sort of Time for The Future Delorean time appliance travel device and so i could go back to '81 to see that very first Jackson 5 live concert I went to, back when I was a kid. Furthermore, all of the Prince shows that I wasnt permitted to go see as a little one, that Ive because seen on movie. I would have loved to have been there directly.
