I have an issue with Photo Toolkit and the plugin manager, when I shut down my system I get the following error message:

dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed -
The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down.
This is a problem between phototoolkitmem.exe and drwatson (MS Debug error reporting tool). If I go into msconfig and disable the startup item for phototoolkitmem the error goes away.
I am running on a P4 1.8ghz, Gigabyte Motherboard, ATI 9500 256mb VidCard WinXP Pro SP2, with all patches and drivers up to date.
