Toolbar Window Missing

Hi,

I love VCW Vicman's Photo Editor. I can use it to do so many things.

But now I can't find my Toolbar Window. :cry:

I am using Windows XP Professional SP2 and MS Office 2003.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix? I tried reinstalling the program but not joy there.

Well, unfortunately I don't know better solution than following one.
Try to open C:\Windows and delete phedit.ini. I think this should help. :wink:
