Phototoolkit causes the logon sequence of Outlook 2007 to freeze on one of our machines. Aborting Photomem.exe, makes it resume to normal. Apperently, no setting can change this, not even specifying that the toolbar should not be present. On one of our other maqchines photomem.exe cannot load, causing the toolbar to be missing in the explorer. Is this a known bug? |

Yes, most probably Outlook on that machine has any plugin installed and it conflicts with phototoolkitmem.exe. Fixing of this bug is really hard task but we will try to do that as soon as possible. |

the only plugin that I can think of is the advanced MS search capabilitiy. No other plugin has been installed on the one machin. On one of the other machines we have trouble with, MS explorer additions like resize and other MS tweaks are installed. Here phototoolkitmem.exe also prohibits systems using Securom v7 to execute (we are not talking games but licensed physiology programs). |
