Location: Ontario Canada
I tried to download cartoonist and the download box came up and it started to download. It downloaded about 580 kb's then it stopped.
I had the icon on the screen, but no program.
I'm running xp pro.

Well, you can try to simply redownload it.
Or download with any download manager. With FDM (Free Download Manager), for example.
