Photo Toolkit v1.7 does not work for a restricted user on Windows XP Professional. This seems to be a permission problem. |

When starting the program on Windows XP Pro as a user without administrator permissions, the program window opens, but the functions do not work. Furthermore, in the Windows image viewer no toolbar appears. When starting the program as an administrator, all functions work. |
