Though The View doesn't share considerably plot DNA along with Stiller and Vaughn's earlier duets, the movie does borrow one of Dodgeball's comedic strategies: permit the two riff off each other with camcorders rolling.

While neither actor is partial to the industry's flavor-of-the-week way of producing movies ("I imagine everyone wants to make a Bridesmaids now," Vaughn states), they agree that will comedy is more enjoyable when it's rated Ur.
