I'm looking for software that can create a tear drop look in a selected area of an image. Anyone know of such?

Maxim, Thanks for link. The rain drop effect is very similar to what I am after. I will have a go at following the steps, if I have some app that will do those steps. Thanks for your assistance. Regards, Dave |
