| Post subject: | Photo Editor won't open |
I downloaded the program on my Windows XP but can't get the program to open. When I try, I get a welcome box with 3 choices: tutorial, use the program or help. The tutorial and with help will open, but not the photo editor. I unistalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks! Cat |

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately it is unusual one... And what happens when you try to run it? Nothing at all?.. |

When I try to run it, the cursor blinks a couple of times like it's "trying" to open, then nothing. But the tutorial and the help will open. |

Yes, that is really unusual one... I’ve put it to Defects List, and our developers will try to investigate and fix it. And now I could only suggest you to try Photo Toolkit. It is less functional, but more convenient and stable. |
