| Post subject: | Anti Red Eye plugin installation problem |
Have used Anti Red Eye plugin with Paint Shop Pro for a couple of years. Had a crash last month and had to re-install everything. Attempting to install Anti Red Eye, but Jasc Paint Shop Pro is greyed in the installation dialog...even though all other Photoshop type plug-ins have installed successfully into Paint Shop Pro (9.01). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Addendum: Tried to simply install it into the plugins folder of Paint Shop Pro, but get an error message when I attempt to use Anti Red Eye..."Failed to start Anti Red Eye, error -4". |

Oh, serious trouble... Anti Red Eye is now out of development and technical support (and therefore is listed in Old Software section) Moreover, we don’t have Paint Shop Pro here, so I even can’t try to reproduce this problem to be able to help you. So, unfortunately the only thing I could suggest you is to ask about the same thing on the forums devoted to Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop plug-ins. |
