I am using the mypictures3D screensaver and love it. However, upon moving the mouse, I get the error message that "Mypictures 3D has stopped working". I am running Windows Vista Premium. Please let me know how to correct this.

thank you

Brad

Thank you for the bug report!
But unfortunately it is unusual one...
Could you please send us two My Pictures 3D log-files?
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D ScreenSaver\Bin\My Pictures 3D.log
and
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D ScreenSaver\Bin\My Pictures 3DIrr.log

I am going to email you both files as attachments, but there isn't much in them.

In My Pictures 3DIrr.log, there is only this:

Irrlicht Engine version 1.0
(Build 6000)
Loaded texture: #DefaultFont

In My Pictures 3D.log , there is only this:

Warning: Loaded Gallery is not exists on the disk

Let me know if you need me to send you anything else.

Yes, really small... And they are taken just after the crash?..
And maybe Windows provides any crash report which you could send us?

Where would I find a Windows crash report? I'm not sure you could classify what it is doing as crashing. I get the error in a window when I move the mouse to use the computer. If I close the window, the screensaver comes back on at its appointed time.

Oh, if Windows doesn’t suggest to save it, then it’s better to leave it.

OK. Then, I think, dxdiag.txt would be very helpful in this situation. Could you send it me too? It can be generated this way: Start menu > Run > type “dxdiag” > OK > click Save all info button > choose folder where you want to save > OK.

OK, thank you very much!
But unfortunately the trouble seems to be rather tricky.
So we will try hard to fix it as soon as possible, but unfortunately can’t promise you quick solution. Most probably we will fix it for the next release version.
