i ordered the photo toolkit exactly a week ago and have not yet recieved the link to activate my full version. my order # is 1161744823-17724-166614. i have requested numerous times for help but all i get is an email stating that ANOTHER email will be sent with the activation link. this email has never been sent to me and i am getting tired of putting so much time into getting my purchased item. my email address is yogi8885@aol.com. please help as i need this software ASAP!!!!! |

I’ve recieved one more similar e-mail today. Looks like the cause is in AOL spam-filter. Mail to customercare@vicman.net and we will send you your personal key. |

i have recieved an email via my aol address with the link but the page is coming up with this message. Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. could you please check the link and pm me a new one? as said earlier i really need this software no later than today. thanks |
