Registering purchased version

I am frustrated.

I purchased the Red-Eye Remover Pro about five months ago. I have tried on and off to register it to be able to use it, sans watermarks. Nothing works. I have downloaded the registration key multiple times, and ran the file. I have installed and uninstalled the software. Still all I get is the unregistered version when I run it. Please give me some direction.

I am having the same problem where I've purchased and installed the registered version, but I'm stil getting the watermark. How do I get rid of it?
