i just downloaded the 3d album but it is coming as an a3g file.........and thr is no program to open it ............how do i open it? |

Usually it’s enough to just unpack and double-click this very a3g file. But if it doesn’t work for you, you can open Start > All programs > My Pictures 3D > My Pictures 3D Screensaver > Configure Screensaver > Installed Galleries tab > Install From Disk > and choose the a3g file. |

hi, In fact, since three days i'm fighting with mypic3dalbum and its fatal EAccessViolation, i've sent to you 3 messages trying to have some explainations but by reading the forum, i see that i'm not alone with this problem and that you never give any solution with it. You says that's probably a dirextX problem, absolutely not! neither a graphic card error. Three weeks ago i have run mypic3d without any problems and before also, i've bought this soft 2 years (when it was sold) ago and at this time it was already correct. So i'm thinking that you have done something into this soft which make some deseases. So when i read the posts, i see that you don't seem to know what. I'm a little bit astonished. i'have post a HJT to masters and there are not any problems. In these facts, i cannot understand why this soft is no more able to run. All the others vicman's softs run without problem. Is there an old version available? Other thing, the vrml export seem to be like a gas factory, a neuronal explosive way, lol, that don't work, what a pity, cortona and other don't work too, that's heavy, uncomplete, unusuable, so could it be possible to export to something like shockwave 3d or something like that. Also, autodesk 3DSmax cannot work with these vrml. Like i'have already written in a mail, it's christmas time and as it is i should have wanted to use the X-Mas gallery, perhaps i will try it again next year. Anyway, i wish you a happy christmas and new year cordialy Xati |

Thank you for feedback, Xati. I’ve forwarded it to our developers. So they will try hard to investigate and fix this problem. What about old version, I can send it to you tomorrow in e-mail. |
