| Post subject: | Pictures lost in Album and won't show up in Screensaver |
Im running Windows Vista 32 bit and when I set up the program, save it, close it and hten reopen it, the pictures are gone. Also, in the Screensaver, several (but not all) the pictures have an error message on them LOAD ERROR, red letters on a black screen. Help? Marta Jones |

Thank you for the bugs report. What about the first one, unfortunately solution is not available yet. We will try to investigate and fix it as soon as possible. And what about the second one, it can be copnnected with the following issue. When you click Save or Save As in My Pictures 3D Album, it doesn’t save all the photos, as otherwise it would be too space consuming. It saves only paths to photos. So when you open saved gallery again you can get “Loading Error” if any photo was renamed or removed. |
