| Post subject: | MY PICTURES 3D SCREEN SAVER DOES NOT START |
I DOWNLOADED THE SCREEN SAVER AND INSTALLED THE SAME. CONFIGURATION WAS DONE AND SELECTED SOME 8 PICTURES FROM THE SAME DIRECTORY. BUT THE SCREEN SAVER DOES NOT START. DESK TOP REMAINS AS IT IS. IT ONLY FLICKERS EVERY TIME. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM SO THAT I CAN VIEW PHOTOS IN GALLERIES. REGARDS, AJIT GOHAD |

First I could recommend you to download latest version of DirectX from www.microsoft.com/directx/ . Probably this will fix the problem. If it doesn’t please send us two My Pictures 3D log-files (via my E-mail button, for example): C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D Album\Bin\My Pictures 3D.log and C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D Album\Bin\My Pictures 3DIrr.log |
