After a few minutes of running My Pictures 3D Screensaver, it is impossible to return to normal screen. The PC is frozen and must return over Return-Button. Not wakeble with mouse or any other key.

Looks like these are graphics card problems.

So, first I would recommend you to download the latest version of DirectX from http://www.microsoft.com/directx/. Probably this will fix the problem.

If it doesn’t please send us your system info. You can do that through Start menu > Run > type “dxdiag” > OK > click Save all info button > choose folder where you want to save > OK. After that open that folder and send us text file DxDiag.txt from it.

Also two My Pictures 3D log files could help:
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D Album\Bin\My Pictures 3D.log
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D Album\Bin\My Pictures 3DIrr.log
