I downloaded the saloon, xmas and mountain galleries and installed them using the program configuration. When I try to preview them or load them I get an error message that says "scene loading failed" the galleries that came with the program work fine. What can I do to fix this? Thanks

Thank you for the bug report!
But unfortunately it is unusual one.
Could you please send us (using my Image button, for example) two My Pictures 3D log-files:
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D ScreenSaver\Bin\My Pictures 3D.log
C:\Program Files\My Pictures 3D\My Pictures 3D ScreenSaver\Bin\My Pictures 3DIrr.log
generated just after the failed scene loading?

I had a similar program - I downloaded the armory, castle, cathedral, egypt, greek, and pyramids galleries and the scene loading fails on all of them except for the two that came with the program. I trust that I should send the same .log files from the Bin folder?

EDIT: I see that there are two text files with those names, I'm going to presume that those are the files I need to send.

Yes, that’s right. We would be glad to investigate them!

Aloha-

I have received the same message/had the same problem for any but the two scenes that originally downloaded with the program. Has this been figured out yet? Should I send the same info in as the previous two inquiries?

No, unfortunately this trouble still persists. :(
So, these 2 files would be very helpful.
