Uploading problem

Hi there, first i want to thank you for this kind of free software. I'm newbies here and new to this kind of program. I was first saw this 3d photo images at youtube. Can i ask how it works there? because when i try to upload my work it says invlid format. I wish i can have some idea about this. Thank you very much and more power. :oops:
