How do I send link so others may see my gallery? Do my friends need anything to be able to view the 3D gallery? Thanks

You can export your gallery to VRML format.
And then just upload all exported files (my_gallery.wrl and my_gallery_files folder) to your web site and link to uploaded wrl-file.
VRML files can be viewed in all the most popular browsers with Cortona plugin, for example (http://www.parallelgraphics.com/products/cortona/).
