Cool product.
OK. I loaded my photos into the Showroom gallery and my pix are being sucessfully displayed in the 3D screensaver. However, the frames around each picture are not the right size. How do I adjust the framesize so that my photos are not strecthed or do not have excess white space around them?

Well, to adjust the size of any frame, click it and choose Adapt option in the bottom left corner of My Pictures 3D Album.
