Dear VicMan Software Forum users!
VicMan Software is happy to encourage you to translate VicMan Software products into other languages and discuss issues around translation.
Take part in the localization project! If you translate our software (help file and ini file) from English into another language, you will be awarded the full version of the program you‘ve localized.
Note that localization files will be available to other community members on the forum in the course of 2 weeks for evaluation and error search before you get your prize.

Hi Jane,

I am Nicole, from Belgium.

If you need someone to translate into Dutch or French, try me! :)

I'm 45, stuck at home with severe diabetes, and lots of time to spare. My mother tongue is Dutch, my husband is French, so I speak that language fluently as well.

"sweet" greetings,

Nicole

Under which format do you wish the translations ?

I could use Excel and put the original text in one column, and translations to French and Dutch in the next colums. It maybe could be used by a database ?

Best regards,

Nicole

Hi Nicole!
You can edit the help file in MS Word and save it in *.doc or .*rtf format. It would be most convenient for us. As for the ini file, you can edit it right in the Notepad and then save it without changing the format.

working on it!

Jane, can I ask your company for a favor ? I need to promote an application I created for diabetic patients, to keep their diary of blood tests and activities and contents of their meals. This kind of diary is vital, and only exists under paper format with all its limitations. Can you tell me how I should proceed to draw attention ?

Dear Jane,

My name is Adam, and I'm from Hungary.

I've downloaded Mobile Photo Enhancer and I think it's great.

So if you would like I can translate it into Hungarian language.

Best regards,

Adam

Dear Jane:
Hello! This is John, from Los Angeles, California USA. If you need something translated into Spanish, I'll be more than happy to do it for you. I was raised speaking both languages at the same time and I have done some translation work for other sites.
Please let me know if I can be of any help.
Sincerely, JRH
