Won't accept my ID

When I now try to publish an album (as I've done before) I get the error message that my ID does not exist. My ID is norml1, which is what I'm logged into this forum as.

Maybe the problem is actually that my password is wrong (and the wrong message is being displayed). I have clicked on the "forgot password" hyperlink, but never got an email with my password sent to me. I'm positive that I'm entering the password that I originally had, but maybe rather than sending my password, this application recreates a password and now I'm using a wrong one.

If you have lost the password, then currently the only way to solve this problem - is to create new account, because passwords could not be restored. We will fix this bug as soon as possible. We present our apologies

Thanks for your response Natali.

If I set up a new account, what will become of the three albums that I've already created. They will never be edited (editable) or deleted.

Also, I'm curious, are you aware of any plans to include narratives with the pictures?

We'll try to fix the problem with passwords and will send them by demand a bit later.

As for including narratives - it is also in VicMan's closest plans

Thanks again Natali for your quick response. But I don't know what you mean by "send by demand". Does that mean that those that need new passwords will get them, or does it mean that once the problem is fixed, those that ask for new passwords will get them?

It means the second - once the problem is fixed, those that ask for new passwords will get them

You had to expect that there would be a followup question(s)

How will I know when the problem has been fixed? And will the fix apply to my situation. That is, people who had password problems before the fix (or just those who have password problems after the fix is in place).

And this still gets me back to my original problem. Are the albums that I posted before just going to sit there forever?

Restoring password is under construction now. You can try to restore it on http://pho.to server.
