PTBM soon realized that if you built it, they will not necessarily come. One of the biggest challenges in creating a Facebook page is to get people to visit it. After PTBM created their page, they found that their Facebook fan base was not increasing. The Executive Director asked some of her professional colleagues to review the page, and discovered that its content was not relevant to the organization's target market which consists of young girls between the ages of 13-18.
