Cant' get Context Menu to show up

I cannot get the context menu to work when trying to batch process. I right click and the box and submenu box appear but there is absolutely no text. They are completly blank. I can scroll down the boxes and I see that the items can be selelcted but can't see what I'm selecting. Hope this makes sense. I am running Vista. Can someone help me, please.

I went to the Vicman site to download - my computer had crashed and I was trying to reload all my lost programs...that is where I went to Pho.to to download the photo editor. Thanks

Please, try to reinstall the application and if it wouldn't help send us log files from Photo! Editor folder on your computer
take log files after you use the program where you called conntex menu
send logs by e-mail to
customercare@vicman.net
