Unfortunately, when the viewer journeys up the steps to the atrium portion of the gallery the floor becomes non-existent, and the level resorts to the previous level. If this weren't enough, the viewer is now "locked in" to that portion of the gallery, never to be heard from again -- deceased as a result of starvation.
Generally, this happens when the 3D model in GMAX or 3DMax floor properties hasn't been set correctly. When going from the main level to the basement studio and back, the process goes without incident.
This ONLY happens in the .wrl online version, and not the compiled version that can be distributed.
