Arrest made in Seffner double murder SEFFNER, Florida -- Deputies arrested a man today in connection with a double murder in Seffner. The sheriff's office says 23-year-old Charles Foster recently attempted to cash a fraudulent check from one of the victims' checking accounts. He also allegedly tried withdrawing funds from a bank account with the other victim's debit card. On March 24,versace bright crystal, a woman found her son,dolce and gabbana eyeglasse,24-year-old Josh Deas, and his roommate, 34-year-old Kenny Simmons,dead inside their mobile home. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says it appeared both men had sustained severe trauma to their upper bodies from some type of edged and weighted instrument, like a small handled ax or hatchet. The sheriff's office says it recovered Simmons' missing Isuzu Rodeo near the crime scene. Items belonging to Deas were also found in a dumpster several feet away.They say Foster was captured on store surveillance driving Simmons' vehicle and pawning Deas' property,prada. Foster was already in jail on unrelated charges when deputies and the Hillsborough Co. State Attorney's Office additionally charged him with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of robbery with a weapon.
