Photo Toolkit v1.7 on Windows XP Professional

Photo Toolkit v1.7 does not work for a restricted user on Windows XP Professional. This seems to be a permission problem.

And what happens when you try to launch it? Doesn’t it appear at all?

When starting the program on Windows XP Pro as a user without administrator permissions, the program window opens, but the functions do not work. Furthermore, in the Windows image viewer no toolbar appears. When starting the program as an administrator, all functions work.

Oh, that is really unusual bug. Anyway, we will try to reproduce and fix it. If you find any additional information, which could help us, we would be glad if you send it too.
