Cant upload to pho.to

Hiya,

Have now registered to Pho.to but it wont upload my album. The wizard starts and gives me the path name for my album, but when I click next to upload the hourglass shows momentarily, but then nothing further happens. Help??

I'm having the same problem. I like the idea having my own site to post my pictures and the features of Web Photo (specially the resizing of images) is really great. I was able to upload one album but the next album I tried to upload wouldn't work. I have tried reinstalling but still the same problem. I sent an email requesting for a new password (twice) but its been 8 hours but I have not received any email yet. I was so frustrated and now since I requested for a new password I could not log on (User not found) and have even gone as far as registering for a new account but still no email regarding the new account.

I also have the same problem as errol323. I was able to upload one album but it doesn't let me do another.

Any solutions yet?

Here is what I did to be able to upload another album to pho.to.

I'm using Firefox browser, and I had to login in IE, then I was able to upload again. I think it has something to do with cookies, I'm not a PC guru...

Well, this worked for me, I don't know about others.

Nor am I so I am not sure what firefox is so none the wiser really. But thanks for your comment and contribution. Vicman seems to have gone all quiet. You would think they might get in touch. Cheers

Yup, seems weird that the people from Vicman are all quiet , no reply to our questions regarding the upload problem.

Well, Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer, only safer.

Yes, I’m here!
We all were away, as official Russian holidays last 8 days, and our lab and our web developers office were closed unfortunately.
Nevertheless, now they are working hard on fixing this trouble. So I hope they will be able to repair web site this evening.

I've been uploading albums, and suddenly it just quit when I tried to do another. It gets past the code entry, but when I click next the uploading does not begin.

I HAVE updated the software.

I changed to a different album upload... and it's working just fine.

Must be the Gallery Title I was using.
I was calling it, "Magic Kingdom 12-24," and now that I've tried "Magic Kingdom 1st day," it is uploading just fine.
